Have audio but no video on imported mpeg

I have an mpeg file that plays fine as a separate movie but when I import it and attach it to an existing movie all frame but the first are blank. If I add the file to a project as a separate movie it plays fine. What can I do to fix this?

As there may be a slight diferece in the vide encoding try this.

You need to inport the videos sepratly and export them with a new name then, reinport them to gever, this shoud fix the problem.
