fraud - I not bought Magix

I received email welcoming as new menbro MAGIX Audio World for purchasing MAGIX of Sound Forge Audio Studio of Sony Creative Software. Report that no efetuei no purchase and my email and my name was used fraudulently. (Emial: theosr@ymail.com, name: Theogenes Oliveira).
I request the exclusion of any and all data concerning my name and email as well as canceçlamento of any license MAGIX.
I also ask for the purpose of performing police record, I will be provided the additional data used in the registration (endereoço, city, country, phone, etc.).
Inform also that tried to generate new password for my email (theosr@ymail.com) being the siste inform you to wait for the email, which is not received

This is a user forum not Magix sales or support.

To stop other people using your email address you should not post it in forums with your full name as you have done above.

If you did not purchase the software and no money has been taken from your bank account or credit card then there is very little you can do - there is no fraudulent behaviour.

However if money has been paid from your bank account or credit card for the software then it is fraud and you need to email sales at Magix.com and explain the problem and tell your bank / credit card company.
