Fast Cut Crashes immediately upon opening

I have Fastcut 3.0.1.93 and when I open the program, as soon as I try to import any file, video or photo, the program closes immediately. I have tried this before applying the update and after and the program still closes immediately. I also have FastCut 2 and it does the same thing. How do I fix this? Thanks.

Same here, I think it has something to do with the video resolution where if I mix 4K and 1080p from my phone or super slow motion. Also I don't see any log files in the installation folder path so not sure where they are writing them to.
