@Paul-Morrison

Hi

The project file is corrupt, check for backups of the site using File, Open recent, backups and load them in turn loading the latest version by date/tim,first, working backwards if necessary.

Thanks John - I was able to open up the site using one of the backup however, after a few minutes of recreating what I lost ...... I received the following 3 error messages 1) Internal program error 2475.k.fi.al Shortly after that 2) Access violation exception at 0x00007FF79A54A1&A Shortly after that 3) SEND ERROR REPORT Reference code: 8e748aa4-62b0-447e-ab53-0d1c949bee93

The program closed

When I reopened the program I was right back to where I reached you the first time.

Your assistance would be GREATLY appreciated

Hi

What change or addition to the site did you make just before it gave you the first error message eg:- when attempting to add, duplicate or remove pages, adding or removing an image, widget, or a change in the navbar etc?

If when adding an image is it a supported format?

@Paul-Morrison

Hi

. . . . adding a picture . . . . nest item was adding a sub-menu . . . .

I believe the adding the sub menu is creating an issue where the navigation system is in an unstable state and it causes the crash.

This may already be known by Support, however I would suggest you raise a support ticket with Magix - see this Support article on how to navigate the support system.
