How do I FADE OUT an audio track that I've inserted in my slideshow so that the music will fade out after the last photo or at the end of the slideshow?
In Timeline view when you hover the mouse over the end of audio object you will see a white circle (volume handle) appear, drag this to the left to create the fade out and cut the end of the audio if ncessary.
If you need a fade in as well, there is a the another 'handle' at the start of the audio object.
Do note you may need to zoom in on the timeline at the end of audio object to get the handles to appear.
There is also an automatic fade in/out option if you right click the audio objec.
I would suggest you read the PDF manual available under Help in the program.
Thanks for your response and help. I actually downloaded all 200 plus pages of the manual and have used it for other issues I've had - I guess I had gotten so frustrated, I overlooked it. Thanks again.
There are many things you can do with audio tracks such as raise or lower the whole audio track volume, lower it just in areas where there is a voice over in a video all manner of things can be done. I could upload a brief video if you would like.
