error signature

When I try to burn my movie I get a signature error and the program closes. I have win xp. 1.83 ghz machine. 2gb. memory with over 300 gb hard drive. The software I use the Movie to CD & DVD version 1.0.5.0. I have deleted it and re-installed it with the same problem popping up. I used this programs for years without any problems. What's Up!

Can you possibly document the error message in a bit more detailed fashion? What exactly does it say? A screen shot might help.
