ERROR on Magix Download Manager prevents me from downloading file.

error occurs and asks me to ABORT or RETRY or IGNORE. Network connection is bad...howver I have been using it on every other site. Download manager does not work

Not sure... its been working for me. I just did the Soundpool library pack download for the Music Maker 17 Premium.

Check to see if maybe you are behind a firewall or using a proxy server, it might cause problems.
