Error Messages during installation resulting in installation failiure

After downloading soundforge audiostudio10.exe, then trying to install it on my system 10 computer, this error message kept appearing that said

"An error occurred during transfer which caused the installation to stop.
This problem can most likely be fixed by restarting the transfer of the installer application.
If you experience further problems, contact the MAGIX support: http://support.magix.com"

I kept clicking on "OK" to restart the installation but it kept reappearing like 10 times. It finally went away and it looked like the installation was proceeding, but ultimately failed to install any of the software except "Music Maker". Also another error message appeared that said,

"Microsoft.NET Framework 2.0 would not download. Please make sure you are connected to the internet. Error: Download Failed."

I know I was connected to the internet because I had just downloaded this software from your website.

I am running Windows 10 Pro on a machine with a AMD Ryzen 7 1800X Eight-Core Processor 3.60 GHz64-bit x 64-based processor.

Is there a place where I can download "Microsoft.NET Framework 2.0" and get it installed on my computer?

So I need to know if I can order a HARD COPY of this software if I can't download an online version of this that will successfully install.

Hi Dean

The .NET Framework is part of Windows, check in Windows settings, Turn Windows features on/off that the .NET feature indicated below is turned on.

If it is turned on, do a full restart of the the computer, not a shutdown/power up, then follow steps 4 to 11 in this tutorial. Though written for Windows 10 the same steps apply to Windows 11.
