Error message:Audio Cleaning Lab needs a correctly installed soundcard

Hi I'm using Audio cleaning lab 4 (64bit) and have been for ages with no problems. I turned on my PC tonight and I'm getting this error message about needing a correctly installed soundcard.

I'm using a basic ASUS all in one computer which has been fine til now.

If anyone can point me in the right direction with this, I'd be very grateful.
