Trying to figure out how to delete background from an eps vector file and get the following error. Little help would be great.
"Can't identify the photo to witch a background erase operation should be applied" "Select the target photo and try again"

Probably because you are using an eps vector file and not a raster file. The effect is for raster. Try converting your file to raster - probably right-click, convert to raster or something like that.

Don't think that will work for me. I am learning to do t-shirt designs and I need the scaleability of vector files. To make them smaller (with transparent backgrounds) or larger depending on what I am working on, and also to keep the sharpness of the image at ANY size.
I will probably never use raster images unless it's a PNG Raster image for a logo shirt or something like that.

PS - And... I don't understand why Xara would not do this anyway. There are plenty of other programs like Illustrator and Photoshop that will do this. And places online as well like, Lunipic or Canva. But I want to do them on MY computer without having to upload them.
Try posting your question on the Xara TalkGraphics forum. Someone there may know how to do it.
