@PeterB-Andersen

Hi

. . . . Code:Chek FrameForColorFormat() . . . .

This error message should be accompanied by an error code probably either:

  • 0x8007000E - which would suggest you have run out of free disk space, this could be the C: drive of the computer as this is where the temporary file is saved to before it is written into the destiantion file you named in the export dialog.

    OR

  • 0x80004005 would suggest that Windows has an issue. Run a system check following steps 4 -11 in this tutorial.

@PeterB-Andersen

Hi

We need more information:

Computer specification, Windows version and program version, see this topic for what is required and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full.

I would suggest you put this information in your profile signature so we do not have to keep asking for it.

Are the graphics card drivers up to date?

A screenshot of the Program settings, Display options or Device options tab  would help.

Which export preset are you using, and did you make any changes to it?

Repeat the export and watch the Movie time counter in the export dialog, when it crashes note the Movie time

On the timeline, zoom in to show about 30 secs either side of the movie time noted, take a screenshot and post it in your reply.

. . . . Also got error messages . . . .

See this tutorial on how to get a concise log of details of the crash, and post a screenshot of the dialog results.
