Error code: 80000019

I get this error whenever another program tries to start up Photo Manager 12 Deluxe, or when I just try to open the program normally without right clicking on the icon and opening as administrator. The error box won't shut down even when using the task manager to shut it down. I never ran into this with the earlier version. Any ideas?

This means that the program cannot connect to the Firebird SQL database it uses.

Have you used a registry cleaner or un-installed some programs?

Check that the Firebird service is not disabled - right click Computer (My Computer) and select Manage. then select the Services option (left pane in image below) and check the Firebird Server is set to Manual or Automatic and that you can start the service by clicking the Start service option

If the service does not start try reinstalling the software and select the Repair option if available.
