Error Code -72 , Program could not be started

Out of the blue, from one day to the next - I use this program every day - I get the following message :

"The program could not be started. The installation folder may be damaged. Reinstalling the program could remedy the problem. Please contact support if this error occurs again. Error code: -72".

I have went to add/remove programs, but there is only the option to remove, not repair or reinstall.

I have logged into the Magix website to redownload, reinstall, and cannot find my version of Xara Designer Pro X (15.1)

Any help with this would be MUCH appreciated.

Are you saying that you logged on to https://www.magix.com/au/support/my-service-center/ , looked under “My Products” and, for you, there is no entry for "Xara Designer Pro X"?
