Error Code 29

Hello!

When starting up my Audio & Music Lab 2014 Premium I was prompted that the licensing needed to be check and clicked on "check license now." After doing so a box popped up that said "Unfortunately your license was not successfully checked. The program has not been activated therefore cannot be used. It is however possible to check your license again online. This should solve the problem. If the problem persists, get help from the customer website." Error code - 29

I've tried to check the licensing online and looked all over the website and can't find a solution. I have been running this program successful up until today. If it helps, I am using Microsoft 10.

Any thoughts and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you very much in advance!

@Jenn-y Try disabling the Windows Firewall and Antivirus temporarily. I could be that they block the program from checking the license.

@Jenn-y Great that it worked. Don't forget to enable the Firewall again to be safe from dangerous programs from the internet.
