I get Error code: -24 when I try to use Photostory on my second device. Windows 10 is updated.

The message should also read 'serial number has already been registered to another email address' - check that you have entered the same email address and password that you used for the 1st install.

Hi John, thanks for the quick response. I should have said the email address I used for the first install is the only one I've used with Magix so I can't correct it. When I check my Magix account it verifies that the one I am trying to have is the correct email address. I've tried re-entering it and saving it but that didn't help.

On your Magix account how many activations - see image below - does it show as being used?
If both slots are used , deactivate the one which is no longer used.

Hey John,
It just shows one. On the the other one it shows "Not in use." I have another email address I could change the my account to and try to register the second device using that. And then, change back. Would that mess anything up?

Probably - it may prevent licence checking and stop one of the installs working.
