Error 24 and serial number not yet registered but also says it is

When i try to activate software I get error 24 and also states the key has already been registered to anther email. So i login to magix and try to get an activation code where it says the key has not been registered so I try to register it and is says the key has already been used. Ive tried all my emails and nothing works.

It is a brand new purchase and it was a digital download from amazon
