@Valerie-Farmer I think it is this error

ERROR_INTERNET_SEC_CERT_DATE_INVALID

12037

SSL certificate date that was received from the server is bad. The certificate is expired.

Maybe you need to check your internet protocol settings.

@Valerie-Farmer

Hi

If the advice from @SP. does not work.

. . . . Acid Music Studio 7.0. I have been using for years, registered the product years ago. . . . . SSL certificate date that was received from the server is bad. The certificate is expired. . . . .

Acid Music Studio 7.0 was the last of the Sony versions of the product before the acquisition by Magix whose first version was 8.0.

Given you comment above It is most likely that the program is trying to register with the Sony servers which no longer exist hence the SSL certificate expiry.

Hello All,

Thank you for reaching out to try to assist me. As it turns out I contacted Magix, and the problem was due to the older version, so Johnebaker's post was definitely on the right track. They did something on their end and the problem has been resolved.
