My original email has NO SERIAL NUMBER and every way of contacting sales or support is batted back with the autoresponder.
The software will therefore not run.
SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL ME HOW I CAN GET ANY SUPPORT TO OBTAIN THE SERIAL NUMBER??????

Is this a new, or recent purchase of RYVT? Since the software requires the hardware dongle I assume you originally received this boxed. Is that correct?
Has it been installed previously, and therefore registered?

Hi thank you for your response. I think you have just highlighted a quirk of this order. I have bought several Magix products of the last year all downloads. You have just rightly reminded me that this one item came physically, of course! (It was a while ago and I have not yet activated it until today)
So with thanks for taking your time on this and apologies for being rather dumb on this! I'll dig around to find the package.
