It worked until I tried to update that yesterday first time

Thanks for the specification, however it is incomplete - the following information is missing:
- the full name of the processor - it will be i7-xxxx where xxxx is a 4 digit number and may also have a single letter at the end.
- . . . . with RAM 126 . . . . this does not mean anything.
- is there a Nvidia or AMD graphics card installed?

Was this an update (patch) for Movie Edit Pro (MEP) 2020 if so what is the version number as under Help, About in the program or did you upgrade from an earlier version of MEP eg MEP 2019 or earlier?
