DVD Player not reading my burned DVDs from Photostory Deluxe 2016

I've been scouring this site for a possible answer and nothing I've come across seems to address the problem.  I am seemingly able to burn my slideshow onto a DVD but am getting the "area limitations" errors on all my DVD players when attempting playback.  I've read other posts and double-checked my settings to ensure I have tried all options before posting.

OS: MS10

Software: Photostory Deluxe Version 16.1.1.33

DVD Drive is set to NTSC as are the settings on Photostory Deluxe.

Any help / suggestions are appreciated as this is driving me nuts right now.

Hi

Can you play the DVD on your computer ? If you do not have  DVD player software on your computer then you can download VLC and play it.

. . . . DVD Drive is set to NTSC . . . .

Do you mean it is set to Region 1 ?  This setting only matters for playback ie it is to prevent playing none local region disks.

AFAIK Photostory will write Region 0 disks ie they have no specified region limitation.

What make / model of DVD player do you have, is it a Region 1 machine and does it support Region 0 playback?
