I purchased an upgrade but don't want to put it on the old computer I used 6 years ago. Can I put the upgrade on a new computer? How many computers can I put it on? Where is SUPPORT? I can't find a source other than someone will get back to you in a couple days! Wow

As many as you wish, however only 2 can be activated at one time, if you want to use it on a third computer you have to deactivate one of the others..

Support is based on a ticketing system, this ensures that all support requests are logged and passed on to the correct software teams.

You can log in to your account on Magix.com, go to My Products, and see how many activations you have, deactivate, if needed, and download the program.
There is a hotlink at the top of the forum called Support. I suggest that you click on it and review what is written.
