downloaded synths but are not showing up in program, why?

I downloaded the soundpacks and synths for MMM15 but when I re-open the program they do not show up. I have checked to make sure they are being downloaded in the correct program. Thank you for your help.

I'm assuming you are referring to the 4 x content packs...ensure you have installed them in exact order 1-4.

They will only show up when installed in exact order

Yes we should download all the 4 parts. i also tried 1 part and it didn't work.
