Download files from old sits

My website was created prior to HTML5 standards. I was told I have to redo each page. How can I download my videos, images, pdfs to go to a different application. All I see is the message that my site uses Adobe Flash Player which has been denigrated?

I would suggest you download and install FileZilla and then use this to connect to your site using the same connection settings as you have in Web Designer.

Once connected you will be able to download the entire site contents to a folder on your PC and pick out the parts you need..

Images (JPG and GIF), and PDF files should be able to be re-used as is, if the video is in MGP, SWF or FLV format it will need converting to MP4
