Does PhotoStory come with a picture editor?

I dont see this specific feature listed. What I would assume to be basic photo editing features. Red eye reduction? Ability to remove specific items/people/lines/unwanted thinggys from pictures? Basically the ability to target and alter specific areas of an individual photograph.
