Digital DJ - Having trouble configuring to use 2 sound cards, 1 for preview, 1 for output

I am evaluating the latest version of the Digital DJ program on my laptop.  It has both an internal sound card, and  a USB sound card as well.  I would like to use 1 sound card for the main music (in stereo), and 1 for the preview output (in stereo as well), but am having trouble finding a combination in the audio setup that will accomplish this.  Does this program allow this functionality?  Are there any controls on the preview window other than just on or off?

I'm using Windows 7

All I'm looking for is a way to tell the preview player (headphones) to use an alternate sound card.  The Zulu DJ Software allows you to pick which sound card the preview player plays to.  What I do in that software is make the main sound output through the USB sound card, and let the preview sound come through the default device.  It's a simple choice as to where you want the sound to come out for both the main sound, and the headphone sound.

Hi Trent,

Did you have installed Asio4all ? http://www.asio4all.com/

In Windows Seven you have to click right on “speakers icon” on your task bar and select “playback devices” , then you have to select “properties” and deactivate “allow applications to take exclusive control of this device” in advanced tab
After having done this, you can activate the USB audio device in Asio4all at the same time of your "default audio device”. Then you launch Digital Dj and click on “audio icon” (located to the right on the top of screen)  and select “usb audio 1 & 2” in “headphones box” and “Hd audio” in the “main box”

to deactivate “allow applications to take exclusive control of this device” you can have a look at this tutorial
