Difficulty in re-installing Photo Story Deluxe - Code 24 Windows 10

I've re-installed Photo Story Deluxe onto my PC due to Win 10 Crash . It does not recognize my email and password. showing ERROR 24. The product serial number is clear and safe with the original packaging. Product purchased from Magix Direct Personal data removed by moderator Dated 02/04/20 from Email address removed by moderator

First, please be aware that these are user to user forums (so public), not a contact for Magix Support. So confidential data like order or serial numbers and personal email addresses should never be posted here.

To resolve the error you are seeing, sign into your Magix account, go to My Products, find the listing for PS and check how many activations are listed. My suspicion is that you have exceeded the maximum number. If so, simply deactivate any you no longer use and then try again to activate the new install.
