Deleted bits appearing in burned DVD

When burning DVD all deleted bits from MPEG movie segments appear. These bits are NOT appearing in the storyline just on the burned DVD can someone please help me, what am I doing wrong.

Try to find the bits in the timeline and zoom on these scenes. This might analize the situation.
