I need to transfer my XARA Web Designer Premium 10.1.5.37495 DL x64 Mar 19 2015 to another computer. I DO NOT have the option of "Deactivate Program" within the Help drop down. How do I do this in Win 10?

Login in to your account at magix.com, using the Account login icon top right of the home page, using the email address and password you used to register the product on the old computer.
Select My Products. There you will find your registered products and activation details - you should be able to de-activate the installation there.
Note: if you have an activation slot free, do not deactivate the old installation, install and test on the new computer first.
If you have downloaded all the content of the Online Gallery, you should be able to transfer this to the new computer.
If not, then on re-installing, you may not have access to the Online gallery - though you may have lost this already.
