I bought Web Designer 365 Premium (version 12.4.1.47518) in 2016. Registered it. Lost my S/N during a transfer from old laptop to new one. Tried to retrieve it from XARA/MAGIX and found: I was unable to retrieve my old account. Tried to get help through MAGIX "support" and they want $5 for a "voucher" just to ask my question! Sorry, I'm not paying just to retrieve my S/N. Lousy "Customer Service!"
