I am using Photostory deluxe 2021. I cannot produce a dvd that will work on any player. I have tried both Blueray and regular players. The player always indicates that it can't find anything on the disk..Magix is producing files and they are copying to the disk so something else must be wrong. Suggestions?
Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.
First, how exactly are you creating your DVDs or BDs? Are you exporting your project to disc, via the Burn screen? You cannot simply copy any file to a disc. Take us, step by step, through the process you follow when you want to burn a disc. And, just to be sure, you are using a BD/DVD burner and not a DVD/BD-ROM?
Second, what make of discs, either DVD or BD, are you using?
Third, have you tried using the Image Recorder option on the burn screen to create an image (.iso) file and then burning that to disc with any third-party disc burning program which can use .iso files?
Finally, it would be very helpful to us if we know rather more about your computer. This post will show you the sort of information we need.

Thanks for getting back to me. Yes, I am using the burn screen. I have produced several DVDs with an old version of Magic - I think photostory easy - The burn process takes me through to writing on the DVD, which is a DVD +R. I am attaching a screen shot of the files that were copied to the DVD by the burn process. I am using Windows 10 on a Toshiba laptop.

Unfortunately the image you posted does not help - it shows the files as they are on the computer, not what is on the disc.

I would not recommend using DVD+R discs they tend to have more issues than DVD-R.
You have not answered @emmrecs question - which brand of disc are you using?
IMHO the best method for creating discs is to do the initial burns on to DVD-RW disc for testing, if there are any adjustments need these can be made and the disc re-used - also saves money creating coasters.
Once everything is OK, the DVD-RW can be copied to DVD-R using a program such as ImgBurn, Nero etc. There is no need to go through the burning process again.
