Creating a graph with vertical and horizontal axis

I would like to show a graph of the spectrum of optical radiation expressed as irradiance versus wavelegth. I know how to draw the curve of the spectrum but creating the vertical and horizontal axis is time consuming. Is there already a template for this?

A work around that should work is to use Microsoft Excel, if you have it, to create and format the chart, select it and copy then paste it into Photo and Graphic Designer.
