Purchased, downloaded, installed, crashes on first startup...seems to be when updater opens. have yet to startup successfully. seems there is no customer support either.

They should send us direct link beacause the update from Acid Pro internal will not install!! wow
@Djronrella Check your antivirus settings. It's possible that the update file gets automatically deleted right after the download finished.

Turned off all anti-virus
It downloaded and installed!!
