If no one is able to help you with that error code, you should contact Magix support directly.  Go to support.magix.com, click "contact" and email them.  I've had to wait a few days to get help from them in the past, but they have always provided help.

If you don't want to wait that long, you could also try the other Magix user's forum (again, at support.magix.com) or you could try the old uninstall - reinstall routine.
