converting powerpoint to video format

Is there a direct way to convert a powerpoint presentation to video format using Movie editor pro?

I'm afraid the only way to go about this in Movie Edit Pro is via the screen capture. The term "conversion" is probably always inappropriate here, since a Powerpoint presentation is not a motion video. I don't know of any other applications that manage to perform a more direct transformation of Powerpoint to motion video either. So, a screen capture session is probably the way to go.
