Hi

Try the following in order as listed until the issue is fixed:-

  1. Restart the computer - Windows button, Power button, Restart then start MMS 2025
  2. Press F9 to reset the program layout.
  3. Select Window, Window arrangement, Standard
  4. Reset the program, File, Settings, Reset program settings to default
  5. Close MMS 2025, using File Explorer locate the videodeluxe.ini file, it should be in the folder

    C:\Users\your username\AppData\Roaming\MAGIX\Videodeluxe31_version

    Delete the videodeluxe.ini file, restart MMS 2025.
