Coloured stripe at the top of the screen. Color instability in hi8 tape scanning. I changed cables, I changed computers. On camera or through the TV these artifacts are not seen. What is the cause?. EQUIPMENT: i7 2.6 ghz, windows 10, rescue your tapes v. 8.0.028 (UDP3)
