Hi

I suspect that the album was created sometime ago - is this so?

Try creating a new album and upload some pictures to it and test it from the website page - if this works then you need to drop the album that is not displaying,  after recovering all the images etc if you do not have them on your computer, and then recreate it.

john,

Thanks for your response. Yes you are correct, the album was created about 1 year ago. I have tried your suggestion with no luck. The option in the media manager for both the new and old album to change to HMTL 2.0 does not appear. I have followed the instructions on the website and also tried creating from new, no joy.

Any ideas what else I might try ? Web site not looking great with this missing.

Thanks in advance

Hi Craig

I normally do not use Media manager - however I had a play with it and all the HTML etc is created on and by the site - not on your computer.  Therefore there is no option to choose the HTML version.

The site should be creating HTML 2, so any new album you create is therefore compliant, that is why I suggested you recreate the album.

Have you tried viewing the your album in different web browsers eg IE, Firefox, Chrome?  I suspect that for some reason you may have a Java problem.

Cheers

John
