Cant purchase soundpools.

Hello. Can someone help me as soon as possible I am trying to buy sound pools for magix music maker but every time i click purchase it says "There was an error in the purchase process" can someone PLEASE help i have no idea what's going on. Is it my firewall, is it magix's servers i have no idea. The date is may 30 2023

@Ethan-Neal Either it is caused by server problems at Magix or your payment provider isn't supported. Your payment provider needs to support 2FA two-factor authentication. Were you able to purchase Soundpools in the past?
