This is a user forum, Magix rarely contribute. You should contact Magix Support, either with a ticketed support request or an email or phone call.

When you do, I'd suggest you provide more helpful detail than you've done here, including exactly what steps you're taking.

Hi

There is nothing to fix from here - this is a user forum not Magix support.

I am able to logon to the Magix Online without any issues.

Are you using the correct username and password, ie the same email address and password as you are using for this forum?

Which browser(s) are you using on the phone and PC

John

Hi,

Further to the answers from Terry and John, I think that the site may have been down for a day as I was getting a message about my Magix related email account not being accessible.

Try again.

If it still doesn't work, try accessing it with your computer, do as Terry says, provide more details and give us some screen shots.

I see that the system is still Down I am already scheduling reload from backups just in case they lose the whole album I'm glad I used the Photo Manager 2012 program so it will be easy to reload. February 6 2015 it is one week down .

Hi Tony,

The Album site is not down. I just tried it. You must be doing something wrong.

As Terry initially requested, give us details of the steps that you are taking to get into your Album.

Do you see your login page?

What is the url of the login page?

Are you sure that you are logging in with the right username/password?

What exactly is the message that you get? Give us a screen shot.

here is my latest update to the problem of not connecting to MAGIX online album for only AT&T u-verse customers. According to sources with in AT&T they have noted that MAGIX servers are using at different server language that AT&T u verse servers currently reads as a threat to its users...after speaking with MAGIX online technical support they informed me that AT&T will not address the issue until they see a high rate of customer requests for help on the same problem so my suggestion to all of you if you are an AT&T uverse customer and cannot login on your phone app ,your PC and or tablet that are all being routed through a you burs U verset router complain to AT&T and then complain to MAGIX nobody does anything until somebody starts yelling.. I do get in on my album when I'm in a Xfinity or a sprint phone and T Mobile Phone so this is my t answer
