Cannot start Photo Story Deluxe 2020--error 6

Program cannot be started. error code 6. Suggests uninstall and re-install. Have done this twice. Same result. PhotoStory Deluxe 2020. Don't know the version number, but must be most recent since I just downloaded. Thanks to anyone who will be kind enough to help me!

Hello, Welcome

Before reinstalling, uninstall the damaged installation using the free Revo Uninstaller available on the internet, after the program has been uninstalled, Revo will ask you to scan for and delete remnants left behind, do this otherwise you will not get a clean install and most likely be in the same situation as now.
