Hi all,
When installing the software the installation wizard ask to plug in video converter, once i do. Nothing happens. If i wait the installation status goes up to 95%. But stops there.
Any ideas anyone?

In Windows settings, Privacy check the Allow Desktop apps to access your camera and microphone options are turned on.
Then try installing again.

Thanks for the reply. I have tried reinstalling by following what you have described and also followed the steps in the support article. Still no luck. Any other advice?
Error message is saying that installation is failed. Could not find the unit for this driver. Although the unit is there and recognized by my laptop.

Computer specification, program full name and version you are trying to install, and Windows version and build number - see this topic for what is required and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full - I would suggest you put this information in your profile signature so we do not have to keep asking for it.
What colour is the USB Video Converter and are there any markings on it?
