Cannot get a code for Trial

Hi there,

I'm trying to see if I want to update to Xara Designer Pro, and I keep downloading and installing the software. The furthest I get is I click on "Start trial version" and then I click "register now" and then it says "The extension code has been provided by email." I have clicked on that many times and I do not have any extension codes in my emails.

My troubles with trying to get the software to work might have something to do with Xara Xtreme 5. I'm a longtime use of Xara Xtreme 5 which I got directly from Xara. I wanted to update to Xara Designer Pro, and the folks at Xara only offer a monthly subscription, whereas at Magix you can just go ahead and buy the software with a one-time payment so I'd like to go through here.
