HI

That is a Windows error message - something is interfering with the installation process.

It could be antivirus program or some other program which is trying access the drive eg Backup software.

Try reinstalling - if the error persists then turn off anti virus, backup software or any other unecessary running software adn install again.

Hi

Did you shut down all unecessary programs?

Try booting the computer into Safe Mode by pressing f8 during boot up and reinstalling the software - note if you are installing the download version then boot into Safe Mode with Networking.

Hi, I'm strugging with the same problem.  I've uninstalled the updates I needed to uninstall.  I've restarted Windows Installer.  And I'm still getting the same Overlapped I/O error message.  I turned my antivirus off, and still getting the same error message.  PLEASE HELP!
