can you send me the serial number for magix music maker 17 download?

ok i bought the product online and when i got it the serial number (the number to unlock the program) was not on or inside the package the cd came in.

 

I have the info to proof i bought the program, and i've checked my email lots of times and still no serial number to unlock the program.

 

so can y'all please send me the serial number?

This is a user's community forum, if you have purchased the product online the serial number should have come by e-mail. As you did not get it therefore, you must contact immediately Magix support. Below is a Magix support USA, link
