Can you help me with the effects in Revolta?

Working with the "MIDI editior", and pressing the button "controller slot 1 Menu to pick controller type". I find it difficult to understand how this work; there are several selectable options, but I cannot hear or see that the selected effect, ex "LSB slider" or "Reverb" should be active.

What do you mean with "effects"? There are no effects such as "slider", "fader". You seem to refer to the parameter knobs and potis. In this case, I would like to know what you mean by "launching an effect"... Launch how? From where? Through automatisation, MIDI, ...???
