Can't use the product and no responce from support

i bought the product yesterday and i entered the serial number and email but nothing happened i am conected to internet and the software keep telling me that i am not.

software is loked. i contacted support no one answer me at all til now 24hous passed and no responce from support.

never buy from you again

I'm sorry that you seem to be experiencing these problems with Web Designer, but to complain that "24 hours passed and no response from support" is rather unreasonable, I think. Especially if that "24 hours" actually began on Sunday, since you posted to the forum on Monday.

However, one inevitable question: from where did you purchase the software, and which exact version?

As to the problem of registration not being possible because of internet connection difficulties, it is entirely possible that the Magix registration server was temporarily not working properly but hopefully you will find it is now. One other thing to check is that your firewall is properly configured to allow Web Designer to both send and receive data from Magix.
