Can't Get Free Trial Activation Code

I just tried to download a trial version of your product. I could not get a trial version activation code. It was not emailed to me. When I tried to register the product, you knew my email. But you never sent me me a 30 day free trial activation code. When I requested a new password, I notice you had information on me that is over 15 years old. Perhaps that the reason I didn't get an email with the trial activation code? Is there anyway I can get an activation code again?

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so this is NOT "our" software!

There are no Magix staff who regularly visit or post here so you will need to email infoservice@magix.net and explain the problem and ask for their help.

Yet your forum account here is new. Is the email address you used to activate the trial the same one as your account which I assume is from 15 yrs ago?

Did you check your Spam folders - activation emails often end up there for some reason.
