can't access the samplitude pro x forum with my original login

Hello,

I have not been using the pro forum in a while but since a few weeks I can't access nor reset my password to the samplitude pro-forum. I have not changed anything.

I have tried many different times but I don't get any replies to my issue within the regular provided contact form: (https://community.samplitude.com/contact/) or via infoservice@magix.net.

Thank you for directing this to the right department as soon as possible.

@arnaud-jacobs You could try proservice@magix.net or register a second account and contact one of the administrators.

Thank you for your suggestion. But after almost one month this issue is still not solved. infoservice@magix.net did not reply as well.

@johnebaker can you maybe help unlock this situation?

Forum Moderators are users like yourself, we do not have access to user accounts this is why you need to contact the appropriate Support dept for the product as @SP. has suggested.
