Now I have installed and re-installed several times as it says in the instructions. My PC has enough capacity with Windows 7.  The red converter has a blue light. But I recieive no picture or audio in the "Transfer Video to Computer" screen image. Have tried several methods and checked VCR if it works in TV (yes). What is wrong??
