Can I set up Samplitude Music Studio 15 to be controlled by a Korg padKontrol MIDI controller?

I'm not able to find any documentation on how to setup Music Studio to be controlled by an external hardware controller...  anyone have any info?   I'd like to use a row of pads on my Korg padKontrol to control the "play" , "stop" , "record", and "rewind" functions...

Thanks!

PS = I'm using Magix Samplitude 2015, on a PC running Windows XP Pro.

Hi,

Just to confirm, are you using version 15 or 2015?

I don't have an external controller, but I did look this up at one time.

Do a search in the help manual for "hardware" and "controller." There is a section on customizing controllers and several other sections that should help you.

I would assume that you should be able to map the transport buttons in the MR-128 to your Korg.

There is also a that may help you.

If you manage to figure it out, perhaps you can do a tutorial on how you did it and post it in this Forum.

Good luck!
